After a botched job by my real estate agent, I found Maitre Ghavitian via a Google search. Despite being late afternoon on a Friday, he called me back within 5 minutes of the email that I sent him. Although my siituation was bad, he was able to get me to calm down so I can face the challenges ahead for my family. On the Monday he had a plan of action for us. Since then everything turned around. Another real estate agent tried to take advantage of our situation this morning. Maitre Ghavitian diffused the situation in one phone call. Extremely rude and condescending. Would not even talk to me as he said I was "wasting his time" when I was trying to get clarifications and establish a communication to resolve the conflict. He did not try to solve the situation like lawyers should do, merely placing pawns to win his case even if it means harassing a small community without collecting actual facts prior (knowing that court fees are expansive, and that his rich client does not care). Sad representation of what game the law has become.
