Sachin & his assistant Jasmit were unprofessional, incompetent & negligent. I was referred to him and he did not take any interest in my real estate deal at all. He even forgot the closing date, I had to consistently keep following up with his office and they were not helpful at all. None of my questions were answered, instead I was just sent the invoice and told to sign. They didn't even confirm if my funds were received into the trust. And were also late in sending my ownership documents to the city. Real Estate deals are complicated and very expensive especially for many new buyers entering the market who are not aware of exactly what documents and forms to complete & lawyers are supposed to assist and relieve the ambiguity by answering questions. Given Sachin and his team’s unprofessionalism, lack of care, laissez faire attitude with time sensitive and critical matters, I would not recommend him to anyone.
