I am glad to note that M Ali Shaikh is concerned about the reputation of his name and took notice of my previous review which was based on true facts. He explained me their normal practice and apologized over the experience I had during the closing of sales and purchase transactions. Since I pointed out few things that happened with me, he assured me to himself review the files again to confirm that there are no gaps in the process. He returned with assurance that all is good. I appreciate this gesture of Mr. Mumtaz Ali Shaikh. I provided the feedback with intention to help Shaikh Law Firm to protect their good repute which may be damaged by slackness. I am glad Ali Shaikh took the feedback seriously, it would definitely send a message to his team that Shaikh Law Firm is a place where Client Satisfaction is ahead of everything. For this commendable approach Shaikh Law Firm deserve better rating. As promised, I have removed previous review as it achieved its purpose and leaving this feedback with a better rating.
