I had hired a woman named Linda who works (Or worked here) to help with my divorce, and she was very unprofessional. It was a game of phone tag, and she acted like she didn't have time for my questions or to properly answer them. She always acted annoyed when I would ask questions about how to proceed or how to make things more simple. She really made things more of a hassle when it should have been so easy! She ended up asking to refund my money back to me so I could then find a new lawyer, instead of taking time to do what she was paid to do. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm glad she refunded me the money I paid to her, she probably would have failed in a simple divorce case and thinking back on it, I honestly couldn't take that chance! I ended up going with Barry Nussbaum, him and his associates were more competent and happily answered all of my questions. Nussbaum got my money and I got my divorce easily and hassle free. Horrible Lawyers. I was involved in a car accident on Oct3 and I got released from the hospital on Pain Meds. Vashali who is a paralegal was trying to represent herself as a lawyer. After signing all the paperwork she handed me a card and I found out she is a paralegal. They have put up such amazing reviews and testimonials and it is only once you get in touch with them you realise what nonsense it is. They do not have a single genuine client’s reviews. It is all shameless advertisement to lure more clients and make them pay fee and then stop replying to them altogether. It was just 14 days ago that I met Mr.Mandeep in their law firm, he listened to me regarding my story and case, he is very professional lawyer with lots of years of experience. I was there for totally different case, and suddenly he realised that I am not allowed to re enter Canada without getting my TRP, at the beginning I was shocked, but he described the case very well and in a very understanding manner, he advised me what to do to not face any problems while returning to Canada! I can't imagine returning to Canada and not being able to visit my family members, my children and wife , at this point i realised that a lawyer can always guide you to not make any mistakes. I kindly request everyone to visit lawyers for their immigration matters in Canada. Don't think of saving money by doing everything by yourself, or getting advice from unprofessional individuals, it's not easy to become a lawyer in Canada, it takes many years of studying and experience of working. Please go to lawyers for your immigration matters this is my advice to all people out there. He pointed Ms.Julianne my Case officer, she was checking word by word and paper by paper of my documents and evidence. She was reporting to Mr.Mandeep every day and Mandeep was the one who was very careful about the exact dates of every answer which was given by me to fill up my forms. After submitting my file, the submission email waiting time was 138 days! But guess what?! Today I received a call from them, that the immigration office has accepted our TRP file and requested me to send the passports for visa sticker. I can't believe that in 7 working days they replied and accepted, all these are because of their professional work in preparation and discipline of documentation. And even for posting the passports he described point by point for me, even the size of envelopes and every step of post office guidance, since I am a new comer, he was checking everything, so I won't make any mistake.
