Mr. Minhas's prompt actions does not only saved my money at closing, it also helped me to avoid other problems a potential home buyer cannot foresee. My Mortgage instructions came on the last day of the closing, still they put their best efforts and close the transaction on time. If I didn't close the transaction than builder could have put me on default and I could have loose all my deposit plus appreciated value of the home. They helped us get through a last minute hold up before our closing and literally worked around the clock with us to get the necessary paperwork to close the transaction. They never mention anything and when you don't go ahead with the services they refuse to return the money. My father's will was done through them and upon his death they missed my appointment and stated they would only help me if I retained their counsel. Kept quoting me his hourly rate of $350, plus a $1,000 retainer. Not the help you expect from a law firm when you're in a vulnerable state. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY.

We had a very bad experience with this law firm. First of all they are extremely rude & ignorant. Our mortgage broker suggested this law firm, Pam contacted us from this law firm asking for an e-transfer for $500 as a retainer didnt provide any information on if its refundable or nor provided us with a receipt. After we saw the paper work we didnt sign the deal & when we asked for our money back, Pam told us its non-refundable & when asked for the reasons we were told that's how it is she was extremely rude, arrogant & spoke in a very harsh manner. I will never ever recommend their services as they are dishonest.

Back in early 2018, RUPINDER helped me with my permanent residency application, which was a bit of a gong-show for me. I was in a bit of a tight spot due to my temporary work permit expiring, with almost little to no chance of renewal. I had previously consulted some other people, though it wasn't as helpful. Naturally, I was quite depressed and confused and had given up all hope of remaining in the country, I made a last effort to contact Rupinder , hoping for a breakthrough and I make the right choice. He made the whole process look so easy and simple, that, for the first time in several months, I felt more uplifted and confident that things would go well. He carefully listened to my story and got to work right away, helping me fill out the application and also navigating through the online system, which was quite glitchy at times. I clearly remember walking out of his office feeling hopeful and optimistic, and letting everyone know that I was in good hands. Happily landed as a permanent resident a couple of months later!
