Get Out of his office and RUN....Was referred to by a common friend. Took Second mortgage, felt insulted when Mr. Kelly himself could not even spare a minute explaining what they were meant for. And don't forget, his charges. He charges twice one at the time of closing and another at the time of returning the funds.... Also he charged per dime, when I contacted the lender's lawyer I was surprised to know Mr. Kelly was charging me $155 per dime instead of $28..........and he would not give in writing what the breakdown of the charges were....other than that.....He was going to charge me $600 on top of that as his leagal fee... do note its the same file for which he charged me already, all he had to do is forward the money....if you want to donate, go do some at an orphanage but not to him.....if you want to keep your dignity....stay clear of his office.....

Horrible lawyer and his wife.. they will send threatening emails from personal email I’d instead of official email, 3 emails in 5 mins. When you politely request them to send from their official email they will send same threatening emails copy and paste. Threatening that if I don’t respond to their email that same minute they will send this matter to higher authority... LOL. they think they are practicing in India. So they threaten and are disrespectful, they think by shouting and yelling they can get what they want, but they are forgetting that they are in Canada and not India. But I put shinder Kelley in his place he then thought he can’t get his way and had to calm down which is not his nature. His wife who handles the paperwork is another character. We even though have not learnt law (Major Subject) in college or uni, know more about Canadian law than shinder Kelley’s wife. Even though if you are not their client she will try to photocopy your ids. Please be careful. I knew the law and hence stopped her immediately and didnot allow her to photocopy my ids. And because shinder was obnoxious and rude in his first conversation So he was not present at his office, ashamed of his crazy yelling as he was put in his place. Guys please save your time and find a better lawyer. This man screams and yells like a crazy dog and his wife is illiterate doesn’t know when to photocopy document and when not to? Hardly knows any law, she was shivering and shaking when told not to photocopy any ids and we know law better than her. And shinder is stupid lawyer who thinks he is living in India and can scream and shout at people and threaten them to get what can be done in a sophisticated manner ( he doesn’t use his brains !) if his client tells him to scare the opposite party he will do so with out thinking that it doesn’t work like that in Canada. He thinks he knows law, but he doesn’t have any manners and no brains. Please do not waste your time and money on these crooks crazy husband and wife who claims to be lawyer have no manners and barks like dogs. Both shinder Kelley and his wife are mentally challenged. Zero stars for them but unfortunately google wouldn’t allow without star
