Let me first say that we were the clients from hell. We basically missed both of our scheduled appointments and Mr Francis and his assistant (who I call Ms Tem) was so patient and eager to find a solution. Upon missing our first session, they tried every single medium to get in contact with us (ie. sms, call, whatsapp, zoom and email). And they did not hesitate to reschedule when we asked. Fast forward to the consultation, very thorough, professional and guided us on our legal actions. Mr Francis broke things down easily so we could understand and the consultation was overall very family-friendly. Everything that was discussed in the consultation was then emailed to us as a summary of our options and further actions to take. And even after our consultation, we are able to ask a few questions on grey areas, which they respond to with the best options (mind you, this is without retaining their service yet).
