If you want your real estate deal messed up beyond repair I would suggest you use Jennifer Goldsmith from this firm. She is horrible and will leave your transaction to the last minute and screw it up. She also lies and says she works in the Barrie area but she actually works in Midland which will also destroy the most expensive purchase of your life ( your home). Please chose wisely when making a real estate transaction.
