As I do fully agree that he is very arrogant, he also knows his stuff. This guy is a shak in the court room. I highly recommend him for family law. He has helped me out lots when it came to my divorce and was very understanding as to what my particular situation was.

My wife and I acquired Rocky's services in a family law situation to protect our Granddaughters. Rocky was very straight forward and honest when advising us. Even though he pulls no punches, he was always considerate of our feelings. Rocky was a "rock star" in the courtroom and very passionate of our situation. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. His response time was days to weeks.... if at all. I asked several times for him to explain to me the whole divorce/custody process and was never given any explanation at all. He talked lots about his previous cases on my dime. Challenged the majority of what I was requesting.... I am not wanting anything outrageous. Even after expressing my disappointment he still never treated me with any respect. After three months of him doing NOTHING I asked for my records and my retainer....then he all of a sudden was going to work the weekend on my case....my patience had run out!!!

Mr. Hornung gave me Realistic Advice (from his many years of experience) and very clearly explained to me what my best and worst case scenarios were. Throughout the entire divorce process, Mr. Hornung reassured me and encouraged me to stay strong. Telephone messages and emails were responded to promptly and, if Mr. Hornung was out of the office due to Court, his Legal Assistants (Reta & Brenda) were always very helpful and friendly. How can I even give this guy a one star, can’t believe I would have to write a review even after trying to cover himself in their complete ignorance and unprofessionalism was great for a call back so quick however not a refered service in my eyes and many others looking at the reviews on google after my personal experience I look to raise awareness of this specific office
