Arrogant, condescending, incompetent. Nice fake tan though. Told me he was having a hard time getting motivated to do my mom's estate account work done on time to be presented to court. He eventually handed it off to a junior associate who handed it off to an accounting firm which screwed it up, 2 months past due date. Nothing like some extra unnecessary stress added to dealing with my mom's Alzheimer's. I would not recommended him or this firm to anyone!

I cannot in good conscience recommend this law office to anyone, for any reason. They gave us and the seller the incorrect date of possession, and even after we told them about the mistake they didn't correct it until the day before possession. This is unacceptable and should have never happened, especially since they are representing both us and the sellers.

We sold our cottage during the pandemic . Jordan Lobe did a fabulous job going over all the details ( social distancing) . The office called within a week letting us know we could pick up the paperwork and cheque, which we had requested to pick up . Great work !

David Vincent is one of the worst lawyers I have dealt with. He is rude, arrogant and definitely has personal issues. He could have just apologized for not being able to help due to either the short time frame he had to finish the matter or his limited capabilities in the subject. Instead, he treated the client like trash and refused service. The client went to another lawyer same day and got the matter taken care of. It was a horrible experience. Stay away.

Don't trust this guy, don't go to this guy. He his unresponsible, he leaves for vacations regularly using YOUR money spent and takes his sweet time with cases. Its been 2 years, still waiting for a settlement. Rude, condicending, aarogent, just an awful human being in general, I absolutely do not recommend. The list goes on, delay after delay, more excuses. He does not deserve the shoes he's in.
