I called last fall to get a pension form signed for my divorce. I was told it could be done but they recommended having my husband sign it first. It took 5 months for my ex to get the form signed. I then called back to make an appointment but was told they would get back to me. No one called me back. I called again 3 days later and was told the same thing. No one ever returned my call. I gave up. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my initial encounter was great. Very helpful at the start but in the end no one helped me.
