Went in this afternoon to get some papers notarized for a licensing exam and saw Catherine. Big mistake! First off when I arrived she she didn’t even bring me into her office. Everything was done on the receptionist’s counter. She kept going from back and forth from her office to me and it was painfully obvious how much she was trying to rush me through. Mind you the whole interaction took maybe 10-15 minutes max. I was quoted one price over the phone but because she said I needed a signed declaration she ended up charging me over double the quoted price for the extra time. Thankfully I was paying attention and checked through everything I needed before I left because she ended up forgetting to sign off and return one of the copies I required. Catherine was super unprofessional and sloppy. Save yourself the money and go else where.

If you want a lawyer to never return emails or phone calls then this is the place for you. They dragged out a simple separation agreement for weeks, finally got my money back and went elsewhere and it was done in less than 3 days. Huge mistake even considering this place.

I am writing this review to save anybody from the trouble of going into this law firm. I previously worked with Katherine Misko and she did accepted my payments but did not do anything. She did not even read the answers I wrote in the affidavits. She went into the courtroom said nothing and prepared nothing. I asked her if she read my documents and her answer was " the trial" was still a long time from now. She was so busy working with Kelly Land (her boss) with his clients who was paid $300/hr. I paid Katherine $150/hr and they promised me that the work was the same. Imagine a lawyer who took money and did nothing? I think she should be disbarred, and consider this a fair warning to anyone who will consider going to work with this firm. I was schooled by the Judge during the case conference because Katherine wrote nothing except for a one (1) page document and I paid $2,000 dollars for. After the case conference, I called her, and she refused to answer. So I had to go to her office to ask her why the document she prepared was only a page long (this included the title headings etc). She refused to see me and when she did, she was very angry. Imagine, she was angry at her client for asking why the affidavit did not contain any answers. It was so much headache, I finally got the courage to fire her and look for a different lawyer. There are good ratings here, either those are written by people paid to do so, or by people who paid big bucks. For average people like me, stay away.

Based on my experience and perspective: Bruce Haddad does not know how to translate and prepare the details of an order to have it sent in properly. It has been my experience that Bruce’s mistakes cost parents thousands of dollars in illegitimate charges through MEP and costs their children the support of their parents. Bruce visibly was more concerned about the prettiness of his hair over the quality of his work. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN’S WORK!!!
