Tom gave me his word, and was hired to represent my client. Liz (his assistant) avoided reviewing a status certificate she recieved on the 22nd. On the 25th, she said she was too busy! She continued her unmannerly ways, and choose not to work on my urgent deal. She only wanted to change the closing date (when that's not her decision). I had no choice but to find another lawyer. My new lawyer reviewed the status certificate for us, we waived the condition, and closed the deal on the 29th. Enough was enough. Mine and my clients experience here was dreadful.
