The lawyer I had a consult with didn't want to represent me because of the amount of income I make. She didn't really seem to care what I felt and would just go off of the court papers I received. I left very upset with anxiety through the roof with my first Court Date in 4 days. I originally had a consult appointment with her two weeks before the court date and she rescheduled the morning of the original date and said she was not worried about the time frame. Now I am left unrepresented and in a scramble to find someone. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. All she cares about is getting paid.

Prejudice Company: Commenced working October 14, 2014 as an Accounting Rep II and forced to resign September 10, 2015, reason: wrongful dismissal Action due to the following: - Bad faith conduct, where they were untruthful – was hired full-time, but discharged the full-time employment in less than a year although I was provided with an excellent performance review and an increment of $1,000! - Misunderstood, where their decision to dismiss the employee was unlawful. They failed to provide a sufficient notice as well as failed to negotiate a fair severance package. - Cyber-bullying: They had access to my cell phone, and by doing so, I was forced to change the number and pay $35. I have yet to receive punitive damages to compensate me for the loss.

Absolutely Terrible. My father is a a fallen firefighter and was killed in a training accident that should never have happened. This law firm has made this entire process worse. We started with them 8 years ago. After the first year, I would sent e-mails and leave voice mails and would receive nothing back. Then after 2 years of hearing NOTHING, I was contacted and told that my case had be transferred to another lawyer in the firm. Spoke to him once and could not get straight answers from him. After this we went to pre trail. Once pre trial was over again I received a couple of phone calls and was told that they were going to do A, B and C, but with ZERO follow through, then again back to hearing nothing. 8 years of this, as if my father being killed ins't hard enough I've had to deal with this on top of everything. Save your time and stay away from this company

Requested from a commercial lawyer there to review a 7 page commercial lease. After few logic requests of corrections to fill any gaps in the lease, I was told by the lawyer "this is review # 10 for the lease" (enough is enough Mr Client). I told the lawyer that I would fix the weak point in the lease by myself and asked for my invoice to end up this fun. She sent an invoice for 999 $! I swear this was not review # 10 for my lease, I swear this is not a customer service and I swear this is not a fair price for the service. I paid the 999 $ and would be never back again. I sent an email to Siskinds in 2016 before my mom passed from non Hodgkin's lymphoma. It took them over a year to tell me NO . Which slowed me down from finding a lawyer who would take it. Now I'm over the statute of limitations and can't sue Round up. YOU KNOW BETTER THAN ANYBIDY you were wasting time. It should never have taken 1.4 years to tell me no. NEVER. I sent them links to use for people who have sued and I truly believe they never looked into it and just wasted my time. THANKS for wasting my time and letting my mom death be in vain. Yesterday they said they would take my case today they say no.Siskins saysThey don't have time to take on my accident even though it was the other person's fault.Even though it was the other person's fault and I had no fault in the accident whatsoever.They laughed at me todayBecause of a lawyer called Mr. Virtue.I was shocked because I was referred there by another Law Firm.Yesterday they took all and I mean all my information.I am suffering post-traumatic stress told to me by a doctorAnd they make me look like a joke that law firm, They do not care about my injuries and have little regard for human compassion or suffering which is so harsh.

One of the worst experiences of my life. After $6250., have gotten nowhere. After I questioned three discrepancies on my first invoice (which were proven and admitted to) I was quickly reprimanded by my solicitor and then nickel and dimed on the next invoice to the unjustified tune of $2998.38.....I immediately stopped all proceedings due to the anxiety this caused me.
