Horrible customer service, hidden fees that make them wind up being the same price as any other reputable law firm here in town. (You wont save a penny with these guys) Save yourself a huge headache take your business elsewhere. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

Unfortunately there was some issues processing our file (new home ownership). Was referred here from my agent who's used them before successfully. Some aspects of the process were left to the last minute (literally) and there was some communication problems but in the end the job got done and we got into our new home as planned on time thanks to some rushing and inconvenient on my behalf. Personally I feel they didn't earn their professional fee in full (or a five star review) but they did refund me about 10% along with a professional apology. I'm likely to use someone else next time. All the best.

I don’t normally share reviews, however, this one deserved it. Daljit, Vincent and Michael Novak were nothing but professional and on point the whole time. On the day of closing the seller’s lawyer held back funds over $17.50 wire fee that was charged to her account. Neither the seller nor I knew and even when the seller was more than happy to pay she refused to allow it happen until end of day. This went on for over 6 hours and when I found out half way, Michael, Vincent and Daljit were there to explain everything, protect my rights, and guide me through the next steps. The seller’s lawyer caused undue stress to myself and the seller over $17.50 wire fee her bank was charging her. (Who does that to their client) Utterly unprofessional, and disrespectful in every form. Thanks again guys! Will be recommending you to all my clients, family and friends!

Excellent service and fast response time to any questions I had. They were great to deal with , I was referred to RealEstateLawyers.ca by my realtor. It was very easy to use. They send a list of everything they require and follow up if they need anything else. When it comes to the signing, it is done by zoom, and you set your own time that suits you, they work well into the late night, so you can even do it at 11 pm.! Very impressed with the service and will use again for sure. Very nice people to deal with. Thank you. I used them for both selling and buying a home.
