Osama or Julie, If you don't recognize me, check your emails from my names. Check all closings on July 31, 2019. I had too horrible experience with this lawyer OSAMA WATAD. Stay away form his company if you are planning to hire him for buying or selling a house. 1) I bought a house in London last year. His quote was “between 1200 and 1375”. He charged me almost 1400. I could have hired someone professional with the same amount. 2) I was not sure, until the last day if they will process my “closing”. Their customer service is unbelievable awful. No response to my texts and emails until the closing day. 3) After waiting the entire day, I got the house keys late evening. Guess what??? None of the keys worked on my house doors; not even the security codes for house and garage. My entire stuff was on the driveaway until next night. I called my broker and then lawyer’s office. Watad’s office lady Julie told me, “we will ask the seller”. Finally, after waiting more than 40 hours, Julie and other office guy told me to call lock smith and they will ask the seller to pay the bills. I called lock smith after staying homeless for one day. It costed me $1000 to replace the locks. I email my bills to Lawyer office. Julie told me; sorry, seller refused to pay the bills and we can’t sue the seller; you can sue him on your own expenses and time. That was so irresponsible. It was so pis*ed off. I kept texting/calling his office but no reply whatsoever.

Julie from Osama’s office was absolutely amazing to work with. Our sale and purchase became way more complicated than expected and Julie really “went to batt” for us. She worked late several times just to ensure things were being completed to her satisfaction. Unlike larger firms, we were kept updated constantly and my countless calls were always taken immediately. Julie made us feel like a priority. Osama also was incredible and very afforable! There was a point where we thought our buyer was unable to go through with the purchase and he personally saught out a buyer in the event it fell through.
