I do not recommend this firm to anyone. I will meet with them in the judgement day and their hands and mouths will be the witnesses against them and towards what they did badly to me and my children. They manipulated all the facts to me, to the judge and to the LAO. I had very bad experience with the secretary, with Jennesa Plaine who did not write my words and did not get an interpreter to me and encouraged me herself for full custody while I requested joint custody only, and from the first conference she did not warn me that the opposing party requested in the endorsement request a full custody but other than that she jumped to the access and other smaller things which then I signed without my knowledge or agreement for this main part, and because of that the other party took a judicial temporary order of full custody for the children. She also lied to LAO and she wrote to them I requested that the children shall only stick with religious activities only but the fact that I said I like them to learn religion and language as my religion is Islam and my first mouth tongue is Arabic. She is clearly raciest. She told LAO that I was angry and unhappy with her in the first conference while I was very optimistic and trustful with her until after the first conference but then later I discovered that she is just a beginner lawyer and she listened easily to the other party without trying to protect her client. It is very clear that if I made everything by myself ,as I did later, would be much better than handing my case to someone just deliver your messages and files to the court and to the other parties, and ignoring all of your emails, requests or contacting request. Moreover, Philip Millar without any initiations, introductions or reasons jumped out of the firm with Jennesa in response to my request to the secretary to have 24 hours for reviewing the conference minutes, my full right of request, and while Jennesa speaks with me he started to tell me he is the business owner of the firm then, shamefully, he yelled and swear at me while I am in my car after I finished my phone with my sister when I saw them, and surprisingly, began to threaten to fire me. My response was to calm him down in a very quite, polite and respectful way and I thought that he understood something wrongly or this was not to me but he repeated again the same words and then went inside and disappeared again, but Jennesa got really embarrassed and continued talking with me for about 15 minutes. Ignoring everything happened I decided to stop with them because this insulting and humiliating me by this way for nothing. The fake response from Jennesa was to say that she requested not to continue with me because I was not happy with the outcome. Nope, Jennesa, excuse me, I fired you all because of your boss' attitude and for sure you know that. They might be good in protecting themselves but not on defending and protecting their clients. I feel I wasted my time there. I cannot trust this firm anymore especially after I requested from her again to continue with me as I did not have any counsel but she did not respond as usual because she lied a lot to LAO!! : Simply, can you trust a firm when a lawyer and on the same time its business owner yell at you and say the f*** word and threaten to fire you, and saying to you I have more important customers other than you?? all of that happened because I asked his lawyer who work under him to give me 24 hours for review what she wrote in representing me before I agree to upheld and sign! At the end they lied to LAO because I requested to change the counsel ! Minus 5 stars would be the best to rate this firm. I just said a drop of an ocean of what misleading I faced from this people. I never saw or practiced an inexperience, falsification, and something like that in my work or study anywhere in the world. Non-professional at all. Be careful to fall in their traps and walls. I'm not able to reply to you "the owner" & you admit the fact that you were very rude with me, but I was so polite with your staff. Stop lying !!!

Excellent Lawyer I was charged with a dui even though I was not driving the vehicle and had no intention to do so. Fantastic law firm. When in a time of need Phil and his staff are there to assure you they will take care of your matters and they are true to their word. Another facet is if you call or send them an email they respond promptly with an answer and if that's not possible they will at least make you aware they will be looking into it for you. This is not the case with some other firms were it takes a couple days for a return call. The ultimate gem is Phil himself. He's truly a genuine guy who cares about his client and he comes through on his word. He doesn't make outlandish promises that can never be achieved. To say that my experience with Millars Law was excellent, would be an absolute understatement. From the get-go, my expectations were surpassed, and I knew that I was in good hands. I was fortunate enough to personally deal with Nick Cake, Associate Lawyer at Millars Law. Originally a prosecutor for cases relating to impaired driving, he is now on the defensive side of this role. In October 2015, I was in a car accident where I had been distracted and hit a hydro-pole head on, resulting in some minor injuries, and a totalled vehicle. London Police Services arrived almost immediately and I was charged with (alleged) impaired driving, and blowing over 80 (B.A.C). Not only did I lose my license for 90 days, and my vehicle, but I was facing a mountain of legal trouble. Once Nick Cake was on my side, I almost felt as if I had nothing to fear. He was cool, calm, and collected, but also affordable, intelligent and confident with my matter. Nick Cake did exactly what he said he would do, and had my matter resolved to a lesser offence.
