I initially contacted this firm through the LSO's 30 minute consultation, in regards to a civil litigation matter. Rachelle was quick to respond to my inquiry, and able to provide me with some direction in regards to what I was dealing with (without providing actual legal advise as I was not a client) - primarily a suggestion to look for a paralegal as opposed to a lawyer due to the matter at hand. She was very professional, and helpful, and if my matter would have suited their specialties, I most certainly would have worked with this firm. Knowing that a legal issue is not one that comes as a black and white matter, Rachelle was quick to answer broad scope questions, without providing actual legal advice, and provided me with basic direction (and clarity on the actual procedures that I was not aware,) that was not only beneficial but also very informative for someone who does not work in the legal field. I called for a consult on a product liability issue I experienced. I had written a request to a larger firm through there email system but was politely declined. So I called Denis Grigoras Law Firm as the Ontario Law Society referred me to his firm. Denis personally contacted me by phone shortly after I requested a consult. He was very generous with his time and knowledge. He was an attentive listener and very compassionate about my experience. Unfortunately, at the time I had limited resources so was unable to retain his services. I did take his advise and continue to document all contact I have as it pertains to the issues.
