I went to Taylor Law Group for some help with a Condo strata issue. The guy who "helped " us, and I use the word help loosely, was young and immature. He was a name dropper and made verbal commitments that he had no intentions of keeping. Such as he knew the owners of my strata mgmt company and if we didn't get anywhere with our problem he would talk to the owner. The last time I saw him I brought up his verbal commitment and he said he would talk to the owner that weekend and call me back either way. I never received a phone call from this employee regarding his conversation with the owner. Another unfulfilled commitment . Based on this experience I would never recommend Taylor Law Group. The employees name was Aman.

We called the Lawyer Referral Services to ask for a lawyer we could talk to about our issues. I was referred to Julie Fisher for our 1/2 hour free conversation. I called and she took the call promptly and we got to the 3 issues right away. Julie was professional and clear in describing our options. She pointed out that initially the use of non legal action is preferred. But we could also call on her to take further action if needed. We were very happy with the advise Julie provided to us.

This junior lawyer released bank accounts without retrieving the requested bank statements first. The worst part was when I went to pay my final bill (after notifying them I was leaving) Scott Taylor never asked me what happed BUT just completely ignored me and gave me a dirty look.
