After getting filled with stress from icbc adjusters I decided to go to a lawyer to deal with my injury claim. Perminder and Lindsay made the whole ordeal stress free. All I had to do was stay honest and keep monthly updates. The whole exerience was relaxed. They handled all the icbc BS. Walk in stressed, walk out happy with the money you fully deserve. Perminder took 30% of the claim, personally I didnt know how much I was going to get. 30% of 0 for me was worth it. It turns out I walked out with a lot more cash than I had anticipated. I had a terrible experience with Perminder. He was my lawyer until I had to fire him and get another lawyer after 4 years. In the beginning it was fine because I didnt have too much contact with him, just updates here and there. However, when I was at the point of settlement and had to do a discovery, it all went down hill. He barely prepared me for the discovery and I asked other lawyers that told me how they prepare their clients at least a couple days in advance and then meet again hour before discovery but Perminder only meets you an hr before and that's it. Then he was trying to get me to settle my claim for such a low amount. When I told him that I should be getting more, he talked down to me and went on about how long hes been a lawyer. So once I got a new lawyer, I settled for double the amount Perminder was telling me.
