Maureen was ok until she made me feel stupid and then told me To "waddle over to the drugstore and mail the document" I was so shocked I couldn't say anything. This was several years ago but I haven't forgotten how I felt and would never go back!

Horrible ! THey screwed up the paperwork and don't want to even refund the whole amount they charged me. Never again will I go there *update* they did end up refunding the whole amount after numerous emails. No apologies for their error..just the cheque. Happy with the refund amount. still shitty that they won't admit to their faults.

I was treated very badly here, not by reception, but by an older male, who insulted me. Im an RN with almost 25 years experience and he called me suspicious when I asked if I can get a form notarized then said I was telling him how to do his job. I didn't deserve to be insulted by merely going to this place. How does a business slike this exist? Maybe a sign should be erected stating only preferred clientele - non minority are welcome.
