I've used Walter Wintar for years. I have won every case I've had and all my children are in my full custody... I had a difficult past with my first.. but if you do what you are told especially if it's a protection case form beginning to end you will only have positive results. These are your children it's not on the lawyer if you can't seem to comply. My situation was significant when I was younger I did what I was told to do and it took work and patience and Walter did his job.. fight to show them I've changed.

Walter had been my lawyer for 3 years. I found out yesterday that he isn't working with me but actually working with cas. I am disgusted that walter was suppose to be defending me but in a meeting with (Canadian mental health association) told them that he feels cas isn't bad and that my old worker was flexible. They were telling him I was being taken advantage of and walter had nothing to comment, obviously he's a lawyer. And was not wanting to argue things what needed to be. Walter apparently works with cas now and isn't defending his clients. He's just taking the legal aid and doing next to no work or research on the problems we are having. You can't have that kind of opinion on cas but go to court and fight cas... without being biased at some point.
