I asked Bernie to do a notary signing for me. Because of Covid and the fact that I live in Toronto, he suggested that we meet at a private residence near where I live. When I arrived, I realized that I didn't have all my paperwork. He assured me it was no problem and suggested printing it at a local Staples, where we finished up the signing in the parking lot. Incredibly helpful, kind and professional, I would reccomend his services to anyone.

I would have to say that my case wasn't your average case and was quite complex but Mr Verbanic didn't hesitate to take it on when other lawyers may have passed. In the end I was awarded a very small settlement it was a definite kick in my face considering the injuries I sustained and will carry with me the rest of my life as a result of my accident and the humiliation that I endured from bringing this matter forward. There were for sure some unforeseen curve balls thrown our way throughout the course of my lawsuit from the opposing counsel. Mr. Verbanic handled them quite well and with certainty.
