I have just signed my divorce papers with Common Sense Divorce in the last week, and I must say they were beyond expectations. My experience with them was well worth the price.
The upfront fees will seem like a lot but when compared against what each stage would cost you to meet with a lawyer, you are getting excellent services.
I loved how their entire team is filled with all the people you will need at each stage of the process. From mediators, to financial advisors, lawyers, etc. They communicate with each other so everyone knows what is happening. I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone, although I had a lot of patience with the process as some of it spanned "The Pandemic," and responses were delayed due to volume, or waiting for the other side to respond.
Our mediator was amazing, she worked with me to make sure the experience benefited both sides mental well-being.
My lawyer for the financial aspects was always willing to listen when I had questions regarding the numbers. They have a platform for uploading all your financial papers as part of the financial disclosure that was so ahead of the curve. I was able to do it all online, and when you consider the way the world has moved this was a huge plus. We were able to docusign without having to go into the office or even meet.
And lastly, the owner himself came to me at my workplace to ensure the papers were signed when coming in to the office was not possible.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
