I felt this office was extremely petty and would not recommend it: I went in to inquire about a parking spot on Queen St that the law office was hired to manage and I could not negotiate i price that i felt was reasonable based on the other spot we are leasing just down the street and a quote I got from a spot at King and Queen. In the process I felt they cut me off abruptly and had no desire to listen, which i think is fine if that's how they want to run their business. After that I requested to use the washroom and they said unless I was willing to pay them money for a service from them they they wouldnt let me pee. I felt no compassion at all.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW POORLY I WAS TREATED AND THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. I enquired about a parking spot at 153 Queen St Kitchener which I had to resign from due to personal circumstances. When I sent an email to resign from my parking spot the attached photo was my reply. ("Notice received. It was barley worth the effort and paper work to park for 30days." - from Vice President). The people working at Sherman Law be little the individuals they speak to and I would not recommend paying the money to park with Sherman Law at 153 Queen.
