The office is located in suburb area, so I thought the cost would be lower. But I'm wrong. It's just opposite. There are lots of hidden cost, e.g. Fax fee, photocopy paper fee which totally make no sense to me. In modern age, most of the communication is through email, and extra cost for long distance phone call is almost non-existing. Why Fax fee? Isn't photocopy part of your regular cost to run a business? Sorry, but never go back again.

Not good. After 2 and a half years, James Richard himself seems to be ignoring requests for information about my fathers' estate. Normally estates should be settled in one year. When I asked about when and where the probate was filed and if I could get a copy he seemed to agree to send one but failed to. I would certainly not recommend this law office to anybody who wanted a will. Unless they wanted to drag out the estate settlement for a long time without communicating to their beneficiaries .
