We just completed a mortgage transaction with Zachary (from RealEstateLawyers.ca), this morning. It was the best mortgage transaction ever! We did it via zoom and at the beginning of our meeting we were not sure of how to set it up. Zachary was such a great, patient IT instructor and walked us through setting up and completing our mortgage. He was friendly and even showed me how to use my apple pen that I have never used (and had a dead battery????). His assistant Theresa was so “on the ball” in the days leading up to our meeting. She always emailed back any questions or concerns immediately, even late at night after our work day. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future! Ten out of ten stars!
