I'd give no stars if I could. Terrible lawyer who did not do his job whatsoever. He told me to take a settlement offer that was dismal and unfair. The offer was low because Mr. Putman did not do his job in court, leaving the judge with the impression that I didn't have a leg to stand on. Further he recommended to legal aid that I had no case and no hope of winning. Legal aid sided with him and withdrew funding. I went on to represent myself for the next year and through the trial, all the while struggling with financial hardship and debilitating health issues. I won my case myself and recieved an award of almost triple what he had tried to convince me I deserved. He doesnt return calls or emails. I was scolded by the judge for not handing in paperwork that Mr. PUTMAN advised me not to sign or submit. Many times I was called out in court because my lawyer had failed to respect court imposed deadlines. He made the entire process a million times harder and more stressful than it ever should have been. Run from this lawyer if you want any chance for justice!
