I used Giffen lawyers, more specifically Jacqueline Fitzpatrick's services with the purchase of a business. They were given multiple days notice prior to the deadline but were not able to complete the transaction on time even though I was willing to take certain risks to complete the transaction. They waited until the last minute to let me know they couldn't complete it on time and therefore I lost the opportunity. As a first time trying to buy/start a business I felt that I was completely taken advantage of. I strongly recommend checking elsewhere before using their services.
