In the Winter 2015 I had a serious accident on the 401 caused by another driver. I sustained injuries and couldn't return to my job. I am in the trades on new house construction. I approached several law firms between Kitchener and Toronto based on the advertising that was available. To my dismay I discovered that most firms either wanted me to sign contracts the size of an encyclopedia (which of course you'd never read) or simply treated me with disrespect and didn't want the claim for whatever reason. the ones that did want the claim as mentioned had huge contract docs and even bigger fees associated. I remember in one firm I had a fellow try to high pressure me into signing their contract. I felt like he was a vacuum salesman, certainly not a lawyer. He couldn't even answer basic question about the process. I had almost given up hope until I went to see George Dietrich's firm. I had a meeting with George and Lina and of course they had a series of questions for me to qualify the claim. The fees they quoted me were very reasonable compared to all the scammers I had seen thus far. I took a few days to decide with no pressure from them and made the decision to go with them. Best, decision I made. They have gone above and beyond what I had expected. There have been bumps in the road for me over the last few years while my case has been pending, my finances etc. have been strained and they have been there helping me solve all the issues favourably along the way. They didn't have to but, they did. My calls are always returned in a timely manner. My questions are answered. Bottom line They do what they say they're going to do. If I were able to give more than 5 stars in this review I would! Finally, the important question! Would I use them again or recommend them to others? The Answer: Absolutely, without question!!!!

After talking with Dietrich law, finely the insurance company would listen to my needs, and I got the money I was entitled too. I went to Dietrich Law after being denied disability for my Fibromyalgia and other health conditions. After speaking with Lina, she made me realize that this situation was very common. I was invited to come in to talk about the steps we’d need to take next. About 4 years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia as all the other tests done came back normal. I experienced constant extreme fatigue, severe headaches, tingling and numbing in all extremities and general over body pain every day. I also experienced cognitive deficit with short term memory loss and what is called “brain fog”. Overtime the symptoms just got worst and new pains appeared and added to the other pains on regular basis. It became extremely difficult to work. I ended up going on short term disability and my insurance gave me minimal troubles until I moved to long term disability. At that point this major insurance company decided I was more than capable to return to work full time and discontinued the benefit payments. I turned to Dietrich Law. I met with a team that understood what I was living and going through and they took my case. They fought for me and believed in my inability to work. After some time my Long Term disability was positively resolved and The insurance company started my benefit payments again. I can’t thank Dietrich Law enough for their support and help in dealing with this challenge (especially Lina). For anyone out there experiencing a similar situation, I strongly recommend you do not wait like I did and meet with Dietrich Law’s team to help with your matter. If For any reasons the insurance company ever gives me trouble again I won’t hesitate to call Dietrich Law again. They will be my first choice.Always Thank you Lina and George. Oh my God they are the best . Picture being in a hospital from a major car accident and you have no idea where to turn or what to do and everyone is coming at you with questions and papers and you are on major pain killers . They came and asked a few questions and from that point forward I didn't have to worry . Any questions I asked were put at ease by them . They worked tirelessly on my case . They did all the paperwork , filled out everything . I just had to sit back and worry about my recovery . So helpful and patient . Every little thing that came in the mail I would call them and if they didn't have a copy I would send it to them and they took care of everything . No money up front . You just relax and focus on your healing . It took me a while to figure out how to write a review but here I am . major head on collision in Nov 2014 ( I was not at fault) and settled in Oct 2018 . It takes time . You need to be patient and I guarantee they will do the best . Thank you to Cathy and Lina and Josie and George . You were all so patient and thorough and kind . Awesome . I had George Dietrich and his team handle my car accident and my disability claim. They fought for me when other Lawyers said that I didn't have a case that they could win. His office was absolutely amazing at getting me all the benefits that I was entitled to and they always went above and beyond to make sure that happened in a timely fashion. They fought the insurance company of the person who hit me and later fought cpp-d to get me my benefits. In both cases they were able to prove that the accident was the reason for my disability so I was awarded a settlement in both cases that was more then I had expected because by this point it was years later. Was recommended to call them because I have a complicated case and in under 5 minutes I was brushed off and made to feel like my case was worthless (the complete opposite of what other firms and doctors have been telling me). She (leana) didnt even let me give her the details of what was going on. And she was rude... this is not how you treat people who are in a vulnerable position. Strange place. Called for a consultation, less than five minutes in was told to email some documents I had mentioned and wait for a call back. Never got one. Called back three times over the next couple days and kept getting put off in vague terms and left in limbo. Finally gave up.
