Had a fairly straightforward notary requirement on a Friday afternoon. Called so many firms, not many people even picking up the phone. Those who did weren’t taking appointments until weeks later. Another firm I called for advice on several occasions and no one responded. I was told Jacob was the attorney I should speak to, I left a voice mail and the receptionist tried leaving messages for him... no response at all from him or anyone else. Terrible service.
