It is with utmost confidence and joy that I recommend Wendy Griesdorf. I retained Wendy to assist with settling my beneficiary portion of my mother’s estate. Based on that experience, I would hire her again to assist me with legal matters in which she specializes. From the initial consultation to the successful resolution, Wendy was diligent. Wendy made acute observations regarding the situation, the Will, and my Mother’s intentions. When I encountered a legal term that I did not understand, she explained it clearly and simply without belittling me. Wendy respectfully and thoughtfully listened to my input regarding the overall situation among beneficiaries and the background information of which she could not possibly been aware that was pertinent to the Will. Using her legal knowledge and her conversations with the Executor’s lawyer, she appropriately gave me insights into the Executor’s circumstances while respecting everyone’s confidentiality. Wendy simplified complexities. outlined options, and presented pros and cons involved with each option. Wendy explained her reasoning clearly, succinctly, and thoroughly. Wendy always safeguarded my best interests. When Wendy made a commitment to me, she followed though in a timely manner. Wendy took the increasingly rare step of contacting the Executor’s lawyer by phone. Her reasoning was this minimized emails, clarified details, avoided confusion. When there was an email exchange usually as a follow up to a phone conversation, Wendy cc’d me. Working together, these avenues of communication minimized my legal costs. Through her knowledge, experience and dedication, Wendy worked efficiently and effectively. Her friendly kind, and personable manner made it a pleasure to deal with the legal profession.
