I had the misfortune of working with Kimberley Santerre for an agreement that many other firms charged a flat rate of $2000 for, but based on her colleagues recommendation that I contact her, and our initial conversation saying that for my straight forward agreement, we could be possibly under that figure... I decided to trust her. What happened next was endless incomplete draft agreements riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, her referring to our document incorrectly as a separation agreement to my partner multiple times, she completely missed the deadlines that we agreed upon, and was very poor in her communication about her progress and what to expect to the point where I threw in the towel after months of going nowhere and costs adding up... To a final bill of nearly $5000 and no finished document. Not recommended.

Kimberley guided me through a difficult family split. She remembered names, places, times all very accurately. Mediation went well with her as a guide and court was avoided. Would recommend her to anyone unfortunate enough to be splitting up.
