Poor representation when you need better. Presented himself very well outside of court but stuttered and mumbled all throughout defense, completely unprepared. Some of these things may be acceptable in traffic court, but in a serious setting, the prosecution walked all over him. Also, his opinion on the guilt of those under his defense should not be a factor in how well he does his job, but it is.
