Very unprofessional and rude. The consultant was 15 minutes late, and had no interest in my immigration situation whatsoever. She went on to tell me that I should do everything by myself, as in gather evidence and documents, and that my case is going nowhere and that I'm a lost cause. She used very unprofessional language and kept saying "yeah yeah yeah". They charged me $273 for 40 minutes of BS, but on the phone they said it's $150 for consultation. Extremely disorganized setup and not worth it. It's clear that people like these buy reviews to appear good in value, but they're not that at all.

I am so pleased with the work Carolina did on my immigration case. I had one of the most difficult cases but with Carolina's immigration law expertise, I did not face any difficulty getting my PR approved. I was a refugee living in United States for 12 years without a passport and part of the challenge was to request a Single Journey Travel Document (SJTD) proving that I am a stateless refugee. My wife applied for spousal sponsorship from Canada. We were able to obtain the COPR and a SJTD and immigration had no questions on the paperwork Carolina submitted making the case as smooth as anyone would expect. I would highly recommend anyone with simple to very complex immigration cases to work with Carolina and get the cases approved. Note- be prepared to answer all tough and thorough questions that Carolina would ask upfront so that she can prepare strong paperwork and supporting facts. Additionally if you work with Carolina, you might be in contact with Natalie. She is nice, knowledgeable and seem to have immigration background as well. These two ladies would make things possible. Carolina made impossible for my family. When we got a refusal of my mom's H&C application in 2020 we got so frustrated and lost that I can't find words to describe it. The immigration consultant who helped us to apply for the first time didn't make it possible, she didn't make anything more then filled out just forms and we were so unaware of we need to provide a lot of supportive documents to the application. So, it was kind of obvious thing , that we were refused with that first application. So, after getting that refusal I didn't know what can I do. My mom was in Canada at that time, she had only a visitor status and we also got the extension of visa only for 1 more month as the process was over, so there were no reasons for the officer to extend the visa again. That immigration consultant said to us she can't do anything more and we need to find immigration lawyer if we want to go to the court, cause that was the only way after refusal she said. I started looking for immigration lawyer in Winnipeg and found Carolina Fridman office. Carolina talked to us and suggested to apply for the second time with all necessary documents gathered to make the application strong. We started gathering documents. Carolina and her team were so helpful reviewing every single document and letter, answering all our questions. They supported us on the whole our way. We applied for the extension with Carolina's team as well and we got extension. And also when all the documents were gathered we applied second time for the H&C program. And we got it approved. I can't believe it. it seemed impossible after first refusal to get the approval. It took around 1 year only. Now my mom is permanent resident. I still remember the day when i was issued a six day post-graduate work permit, that moment i was going through financial crisis, as one would go through right after coming out of school.
