The overall experience was great dealing with Ashton on settling an Estate and selling a home even when Ashton was on holidays there was a backup person to answer for my requirements. The only down fall came towards the end on the house sale. I had some issues with the buyers and I needed assistance. Now I was dealing with Roxanne and she addressed my concerns to the buyers lawyer but she neglected to tell me she was going on holidays in 2 days. I found this out by her out of office email comment. I went to the office to see who I can speak to and was told no one is dealing with Roxannes stuff when she is on holidays so you need to follow up when she returns in 2 weeks. I was very aggravated by this response.I felt neglected and in the dark for 2 weeks!
