Well worth every penny Got visa and happy. After refusal from another immigration lawyer I knew that I had a very good case, asset and well connected and long term employment. My kids study in English schools too. So I contacted go to Canada immigration. Mike was very professional and helpful. He was compassionate about our loss with another lawyer so he gave us discount so we paid deposit and started getting documents for him. Then Mike got a copy of the refusal details from the Embassy and he outlined to me why the visa office originally refused my application. At first I was overwhelmed with the amount of document he requested I thought maybe it was not needed but then Mike explain to me why we can use these documents to prove my case. So I followed along and translated all the documents and email them to go to Canada. Some documents he wanted original so I couriered the originals. The process of translation and postage was costly but marginal. After Mike sent the application to visa office and we waited. The process took longer than usual but I was confident is that I provided a lot more details and required documents about my situation. After a while I received our VISA for me and my family. I will be coming to Canada in May after snow melt and I will see Mike in person with a box of sweets from my home town.

Happy ending. My husband was refused PR I felt very frustrated I spent a lot of money getting help and at the end it was unsuccessful. I contact Mike who seemed very busy man and got advice. Then I called again but he did not answer. On the next day he called me back I was very impressed. He had remembered my case and asked how he can help me. I was in tears and I couldn’t speak the refusal was very hard on me and my husband. My husband want me back home but I don’t want to leave my job and my house. Mike offered to meet in person for free. He sent me the directions. It a little hard for me to find the place but When I got to there was parking for free, that’s a bonus compared to downtown parking that is expensive and stressful. The building is a very professional office building. I was greeted by staff and seated where I had a nice glass of green tea. Mike was fabulous he was patience and understanding especially that I cried most of the time. I called my husband over skype from his office and Mike explained the process of appealing this decision at the immigration office. My husband and I stressed over the whole process. This was the last chance for us. Mike was able to prepare a new application as he stated it was impossible to save the old application too many mistakes due to our lack of knowledge in the immigration process. We received a file number in 2 weeks of the application. In about 2 months we received my husband file number. Great but not over yet. Months go by. Immigration ask for more information, Mike quickly email us and help us prepare 6 months later my husband got medical 3 months after received request for passport. Now we are here in Winnipeg living together happy ending…
