He did a good job overall. I only have 2 complaints. Since this was my first time buying a home he wasn't 100% clear on everything I needed to do. Also, I bought my house during the winter. When summer finally rolled around I went to turn on my air conditioner and found that there was a problem. I asked for his advice on whether I had a case or not and he stated yes. He offered to send a letter for me, but that came at a cost. I elected to try contacting the previous owner myself since the realtor had their contact information. The previous owner unfortunately decided not to respond and I decided to try and pursue through court. However, Mr. Adleman has still to this day not returned any of my calls. I'm lead to believe that because I chose to try and resolve the issue on my own he is now refusing to help me and he is the only way I can get the previous owner's new address. I certainly will not be going back to him the next time I buy a home.

Grant was very informative regarding all aspects of the numerous things that needed to be done to transact the sale & closing costs for our house, then all of the purchase paperwork for our new condo. Grant Solar absolutely went above and beyond. Never have me the run around like the lawyer I previously dropped because he was lazy. Grant has been very informative and always following up on things. Has been supportive from beginning until end. Definitely recommend him.
