In an increasingly litigious society - interactions with lawyers seems to have become familiar and, to some degree, predictable. Not so in the case of my interaction with Michael Scott of Filkow Law. Michael was empathetic and always considerate of the fact that - the complexities of dealing with ICBC and Police (post my vehicle accident) can be distressing. Not only did I feel very well taken care of in all of my interactions with Michael related to a recent accident, in which I was deemed to be at fault, but after negotiating to settlement without having to go to court - Filkow Law issued a substantial refund - as a result. It is my position that, of the options that are available, Michael & Filkow Law provides an excellent option when seeking assistance to contesting vehicular / legal challenges.
