We hired connect law and were assigned Corey in October for a divorce lawyer with a very high conflict ex who is a manipulative trophy wife and let me tell you we were extremely disappointed. Unfortunately my bf signed a shady do it yourself separation agreement that he was pressured to sign using the kids against him from his ex and Corey did nothing for him. He was then served by his existing lawyer who drew up a court document and Corey had 30 days to respond to which she didn't. Then proceeded to charge us more money when we had to hire another lawyer because we were never a priority to her ever even though he was in a crucial state due to this court document that wasn't responded too. She just kept telling us things take time so we don't need to be in constant contact. I can't speak for the other lawyers but if this company is okay with this sort of thing they should be ashamed. This left my boyfriend in a very very vulnerable state which now has to be cleaned up by another lawyer. I'm horrified that she requested more money when she didn't even act on the best interest of the client. Yes she did later niggt appointments due to his terrible schedule......but I'm sure they have dealt with oilfield men before. As far as I'm concerned do not hire here and please do your homework.
