I spent over a year and a half working with them. It took over a year to have a financial statement written up by them. I had to ask for phone calls with my lawyer to ask her to send letters to the respondent. She didn’t respond to any of the letters the respondent sent to their office. Eventually I asked for all of my paperwork back & it didn’t even include a copy of the statement they wrote for me. I paid them almost $2000 for nothing. Pick a different lawyer. You will not be a priority here.

I work with a lot of law firms and can honestly say that in regards to an estate matter this firm has been beyond terrible to work with. John McGarrity does not respond to emails, takes months if ever to return a phone call. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

I always feel that John reads through Condo Status Certificates in depth before offering his advice. He once caught that the city had not yet issued the original live in permit/approvals on a condo I going to purchase...where two other purchases of the same units had been made and this was not picked up. Attention to detail!.He had the seller clear it up before I bought.
