I had my first experience with Ian peddle almost 8yrs ago. I found myself beyond impressed with the guidence he gave me as duty counsel that 4yrs later and absolutely horrible experiences with other law firms and lawyers, I spent months requesting Mr. Peddle to take me on as a client because I knew that his professionalism, ethics, blunt honesty, and Infectious personality was exactly what I needed to move forward and see positive results. Now for the umpteenth time I waist no time or effort looking ANYWHERE else. This man is EXACTLY who you want and need on your side. If your looking for a yes man then look somewhere else. If you want someone to tell you straight how it is and get it done then CALL HIM NOW!!!

I would recommend Ian. He was a big part of my life for close to 4 years! Good guy but cant say I'll miss him! Lol. He help me obtain a couple of really good final orders for my kids and he was affordable, not all about the money like most lawyers. Shout out to melissa for always being quick to reply to the 100s of questions and concerns I had over the years.

Ian is wonderful! I came to him with a case I had already been dealing with for two years. He was the fresh eyes to my family case that I needed. He was friendly and compassionate. I though he was really nice and friendly. But he gave terrible advice. My ex husband is abusive and I wanted to go for custody of our kids when we split. Mr. Peddle convinced me that if I went to court for custody I was likely to lose custody all together because they spent one extra night a week at their dads house. I had just come out of an abuse situation and was easily confused and vulnerable to misinformation. So I believed him and didn't pursue it. Then when I found out that even worse stuff was happening to the kids and went to seek duty counsil advice it was Ian Peddle again and I explained what was happening at their dads and that I want to file for custody. He said I couldn't get legal representation. I asked if I could find a lawyer on behalf of the children and he insisted that they were too young to have lawyers and no kid under five could get a lawyer. Turns out I find out later that is not true at all. He outright lies to me. It sounded fishy and I asked a few different ways and he was not misunderstanding. He outright lied. Knowing children were being abused. My children have been subject to an unsafe environment and this lawyer helped to keep them there. I would strongly advise against his services. He was aware of the abuse I had suffered with my ex and told me the courts won't believe me. Which may have been true but he went out of his way to just get my case over with as quickly as possible at the cost of my kids safety. He is a bad man.

I went to Ian in 2015 stressed to the nine over my case. He was very helpful, patient, friendly and walked me through everything i needed to do and what was going on. My case was unusual he helped with getting my children their own OCL lawyer and took care of everything. Every time I felt stressed and lost he was always right there with a helpful hand and a answer to all my questions. If you need a family lawyer who's going to have your back he's the lawyer for you.
