Office was empty and the secretary couldn't be bothered to see if he could fit us in for a simple travel document which we had prepared and only need a stamp. What a ridiculous way to run a business.

Another lawyer more interested in making easy money off the summer real estate market than helping a 94 year old couple complete the final estate arrangements. No consideration for what would happen if they or one of them passes before then. If summer is so damn busy then perhaps hiring additional staff would be an idea...oh but wait....that would cut into your profits too much wouldn't it?

Would also give 0 stars if I could. Called to make an appointment, as a new homeowner I am new to this process and the receptionist was not helpful at all. As I asked about what information was required to move forward she hung up on me as she was speaking over me. Highly unprofessional and I would not recommend even calling this place for an inquiry. Stay away.

Had forgotten how poorly Derek treated us on our last transactions. Am now in need of a notary to finish our property sale. What a horrible way to treat a client. No wonder he gets 1 or 0 stars.

I would review them as 0 stars if I could. Every part of the process was next to impossible in dealing with them with no explanation or help as to why they don't offer the most basic customer service or integrate technology into any process. After being told over the phone that they would be happy to complete my signing via Zoom or Skype they simply said "No, we don't offer that service." Inquire as to why and the response is "Because we don't" To top it off after waiting 2 months for my documents to arrive Via mail, i checked in with them and it was returned undeliverable and they never contacted me to get a new address. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

I agree with most reviewers. Major lack in courtesy and professionalism. I called and explained that I needed an appointment asap to the receptionist and paperwork would follow. Receptionist was as rude as Derek. I was interrupted mid-sentence by both people. Was told he is "on the phone and would call back". I didn't receive a call until the next day when he called to tell me that they are booking late into the following week. Wasted an entire day when the receptionist could have just told me that they were booked full when I asked instead of rudely interrupting me mid sentence. This cost me a day and over $500.
