Slow and unreliable service. Constantly had to call and email Kevin just to see any progression. Not a complicated task either - simple lease and mortgage transfer took 4 months.Go here if you want to chase your lawyer for an update. Don't take my word for it, just call and the extremely rude receptionist will send you running.
