The person who was present to sign paperwork of my new house....great. She was very thorough and explained everything and was very patient. However, the legal assistant is extremely rude. When I didn’t get my paperwork after two months of possession, I decided to inquire in case it got lost or just to ask if they are in the process. She made the point to say this three times, “this takes time and I am pulling out your file. I should be doing this in sequence but I am pulling out your file cause you emailed. It doesn’t happen in an instance and. Bla bla bla”. Well girl I didn’t ask you to send it to me right now and this instance. All i asked was if you sent it cause I don’t want it to get lost. It was an inquiry. Not a threat. Stop being so defensive over simple questions people have. AND a reply to the email could have helped so I wouldn’t have to call you after I got no response. All you had to say was “oh its in the process, don’t worry” :/

These incompetents managed to completely screw up the purchase of my new home, which ended in me not getting my possession date. BTW they let me know ON my possession date that this would not be happening. They got the paperwork well in advance, didn't bother to start working on it until the last minute and dropped the ball at every turn. On top of everything else, they still charged me despite dropping my file on the day of and not performing any duties that led to my possession. If I could give them minus stars, I would.

This has to be the worst law firm ever! They gave us wrong information and took us for a ride when in fact they failed to do their research to figure out that trademark legality. Even though they were proven wrong, they refused to refund the money. If you have copyright claim or trademark issue, please find a competent company. Wouldn't even give them a star but had to chose something otherwise I can not post!

Denis has represented myself and my family twice. The last time was for removing Tennant's who where bad on rent and caused 30-40 thousand in damages. 6 days after Denis won our case the house was set on fire with hot oil left on the stove. Denis knowing about our youngest daughter's kydney disease and our provincial move, and the loss we took with renters and such, Denis wavied the remainder of our fee, which was fairly significant. We can not thank you enough Denis ! And I recommend him to all my friends

I used this law firm for the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home. They managed to screw up every step of the way on the sale of my old home. They forgot to get me to sign documents, I ended up getting my keys late for my new home, they gave the keys for my old home late and also forgot to get confirmation documents for the mortgage which resulted in my receiving my funds late. Not only did the manage to screw up every step of the way, the location is the heart of downtown (inconvenient for driving and parking) and their fees are also quite high.
