Not much of a law office. It's a house that they built a porch on to. Mr. Feehan was very rude and insensitive. I had contacted him regarding the death of my brother who had no will. I believed as next of kin that it was my responsibility to handle the estate. I found out after he passed there was some union money coming and the night before my appointment, I found some paperwork from Maintenance Enforcement which meant he had a child that would be the next of kin. As soon as Mr. Feehan realized that there was no money coming from me his whole demeanor changed. He did call Maintenance Enforcement but was so rude to the lady on the phone, she hung up on him. My appointment was a complete waste of time and in the end he offered no helpful advice. I contacted another lawyer who was more than kind.

Matthew Feehan is the sweetest person ever. I called him around 5pm when most law firms were closed, I was feeling lost with some landlord and tenant issues and I didn't know what to do and I was just trying to get some advice, I've called about 10+ closed places until Matthew picked up. He does not specialize in landlord/tenant stuff but he stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes, listening and helping me the best that he can! What an incredible human being. I saw Matthew in November 2017 after my mother passed away and had no idea what to do. I had called a few other lawyers initially and got no reply from them whereas Matthew returned my call promptly. Matthew was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to simply explain the process to me and even stayed at the office late on multiple occasions to answer all the questions I had.
