Must say me and wife had a terrible experience with the whole team. Our first lawyer handling the claim left us half way, second lawyer took over and did nothing on the file and she also left for unknown reason, third lawyer doesn’t bother returning any of our calls and has failed miserably in customer service and providing update on our file. Filed our case in 2014 and till date we have no clue what’s going on. Every time we call for an update or to check on our file, we are told she is busy with clients or not at her desk, they ask us to leave a message for fun as they never will return any of our calls. I will suggest to stay miles away from this firm. Pathetic and unprofessional attitude of the staff and management. Not happy at all and feeling very frustrated and lost.... Not at all recommended ????????????????????

The lawyer handling our case left the firm for unknown reasons and the new appointed lawyer took forever to figure things out. The new lawyer treated the case as if it were new and asked us to do things we already did. Then after two years we can no longer get ahold of her. Weve been trying to make a settlement since early spring 2018, its now late October and like i said they wont even return our calls. They conned us into a high intrest loan and only wish to delay a settlement so to collect more n more of the loan till there is nothing left for us to claim for the suffering and loss from the accident. Worst experience with a lawyer ive ever herd of. Dont be the next victim.

I was advised to use Martin G Schultz because a friend spoke highly of this firm. When I originally signed paperwork Devinn was not my lawyer, in fact I was never told why my lawyer was replaced. When Devinn first called, I was impressed with what she was saying and everything she said made sense. Devinn told me in our first conversation that my case was close to a resolution. I reached out to Devinn months later and although it took a few weeks, Devinn eventually called me back and informed me that she went through my case and stated, “we are close to wrapping this up”. My son was attacked by a dog at school, where he sustained many injuries, we had lots of evidence, so I felt okay about the case. Devinn explained to me that she was going after the school because that is where the dog attack took place. Devinn explained the zoning and why this would be better for my son’s case. The school was extremely supportive (obviously) when my child was attacked so I was apprehensive, but I understood and agreed. Devinn told me that the dog’s owner left his dogs with a friend and that friend was not even employed, so ultimately the school was the better option to sue. Devinn told me that she was waiting for “the zoning” information and that this case would go through insurance. I never heard from Devinn again. I have pulled every email where I have asked for an update on my case and in every email, I have asked for a phone call – I never received either. The biggest issue I have with Devinn is her lack of respect for me as a client, how do you justify purposely ignoring your client for MONTHS. Is this how Martin G Schultz and associates treats all their clients? For the last five months, I have asked in every email for Devinn to please call me and in a few instances, Jennifer Fontanilla will respond but I never received a phone call from Devinn about why my case was stalled, what steps were made to accelerate it or what progress was made since talking with her. Nothing! My son was attacked in grade five, he is now eighteen years old, this is ridiculous, and I feel like my son was cheated. Throughout the years, old teachers and the administration have asked questions about this case, because they were witnesses but I could never give them an answer because my lawyer had zero respect or interest in our case. Devinn never spoke with my witnesses or took their statements, I have the arresting officer’s information and the animal control officers information, all which I offered to Devinn, but of course I did not receive a reply. How does my case go from almost wrapping up, to Jennifer Fontanilla asking me for a new FOIP form because I was constantly emailing her, to being dismissed? Ultimately, it took Devinn nine years to dismiss a case that she said was open and shut. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about using Devinn Connolly from Matin G Schulz to do themselves a favor and invest your money into a lawyer that will respect you and will work hard for you. Devinn has shown to lack integrity, her communication skills are nonexistent, leaving me with an awful experience with Martin G Schulz and Associates, specifically Devinn Connolly.

I reached out to David from Martin G Schulz and Associates. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident that my matter would most likely result in a fine.I met up with David several times to discuss the incident that resulted in me being charged. He went a few times in front of the judge to postpone it. When I did see the judge it resulted in keep the peace for a yr and charges were dropped. I did not even pay a fine. David was personal,understanding and is a no bs kind of guy. If the rest of the team at Martin G. Schulz is as good as David was, you would have no problem having anyone of them represent you.
