If you have been injured in a vehicle accident or otherwise and require a personal injury lawyer I highly recommend Peter Quansah Jr. I am also a lawyer -practicing in a different area of law -but I am familiar with the process of personal injury files from my early days before selecting my area of practice. I am well aware that not all lawyers are created equal and some are significantly better than others. In my opinion, Peter Quansah Jr is significantly better than most personal injury lawyers that I am familiar with. From the start Peter Quansah Jr is proactive and ensures that the expert medical reports and evidence necessary to establish your damages is obtained. He contacts the insurance company and begins the process early and he engages with the insurers to advance the file a timely resolution. In his early career Peter Quansah Jr worked on the insurance defence side and this has given him a wealth of knowledge and insight into the process on both sides of the table that is very valuable. When I compare how Peter Quansah Jr has handled my file to how friend’s files were handled by other lawyers the comparison is night and day. I am control freak in most areas of my life but I was content and comfortable to allow Peter Quansah Jr to handle the file how he saw fit because at every step I was impressed by his competency, skill, knowledge and capable handling of the file. Every file and fact pattern is different and so are results but I was pleased with the amount that Peter Quansah Jr negotiated for me. I pocketed over 6 figures in the settlement after fees, costs, disbursements were paid. I will always be grateful for the time and attention to detail shown on my file. In addition to the very expensive medical reports (that the insurance company ultimately paid for in the settlement) that helped support my claims these expert medical reports were incredibly helpful in my recovery and I do not think I would have progressed in my medical recovery as well if I had not had the benefit of these reports. I cannot recommend Peter Quansah Jr highly enough. If you need a personal injury lawyer – he is the one you need.
