This system just allows me to give 5 stars, but I would like to give them 10 stars :) I have been struggling with my immigration issues for the past several years. My wife, daughter, and I came to Canada and applied for refugee status. The claim was not approved. I was desperately seeking permanence in my life and a future in Canada, for me and my family for all these years. I applied for humanitarian and compassionate grounds at another office and that was not approved. I was disheartened. I was dejected but then came to Shawar Law and was advised to keep trying and not to give up and reapply for Permanent Residence status under humanitarian and compassionate (H and C) grounds.
