This is a review for Daniel MacDermid, litigation lawyer at Bryan & Co. While I thankfully have never had to use him personally, I have referred many files to Daniel over the years. Daniel has demonstrated the ability and intuition to understand and implement effective strategies to help his clients get the best results in a cost-effective manner. While that sometimes means having hard conversations with clients, Daniel manages to tell his clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, but somehow without unduly upsetting them. At the same time, Daniel’s not afraid to push the litigation forward if settlement talks aren’t working. I highly recommend him.
